ABOUT DR. OXANA LEWIS
After completing her medical training in Russia, Oxana went on to spend 15 years in clinical dermatology. During this time, she steadily developed deep expertise in skin health, ageing, and corrective treatments.
In addition, she refined her diagnostic skills and gained extensive hands-on experience treating complex skin conditions. As her understanding evolved, her approach gradually shifted toward long-term skin health and natural-looking results.
Building on this foundation, she went on to found IQ Derma Cape Town. Since then, she has become known for delivering highly personalised, results-oriented treatments. These include lymphatic drainage facials, facial sculpting, LED therapy, and tailored skin programmes.
Furthermore, each treatment is carefully designed to address the unique needs of every client. At the same time, her approach ensures that no two treatments are the same. Instead, every session is adapted with precision and intention.
Now based in Cape Town, Oxana has, over time, built a strong reputation as a trusted and respected skin expert. Moreover, she consistently combines advanced medical knowledge with a holistic philosophy.

Dr Oxana Lewis is a highly experienced skincare professional with over 20 years in the beauty and dermatology field, including 15 years practicing as a qualified dermatologist in Russia before bringing her expertise to South Africa.

I completed my medical degree and qualified as a Medical Doctor (MD) in General Medicine. This formal education provided a strong clinical framework, which continues to support my work in both aesthetic and medical dermatology.
State Qualification Committee, 1993
In addition, she holds an official state-issued specialist qualification in Dermatology and Venereology. This accreditation recognises her ability to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of skin conditions at an advanced and expert level.
Regional Dermatology & Venereology Centre, 1993
This certified internship establishes Oxana’s clinical training in dermatology and venereology, qualifying me as a Dermatovenerologist. Through this experience, I gained hands-on expertise in diagnosing and treating skin conditions, infections, and complex dermatological cases.
Tyumen State Medical Academy, 2005 | 144 hours
To further refine her expertise, Oxana completed an advanced training programme covering Dermatology, Mycology, Venereology, Syphilidology, and clinical management. Throughout this programme, she strengthened her diagnostic precision and treatment approach, while successfully completing all examinations and maintaining up-to-date professional competence.
